There is some evidence in some people for whom you will see periodics, fibre and dor rsan starch be helpful. This seems to be mainly in those who have non or mentally aminialy responsive constipation. There is also some research showing that periodics and resistance tarch can lower blood sugar. Soeynow, there is a time and place for them, but bloating and dissension are one of the more common side effects.
