I was such a painfully shy child that that kind of just wove its way into my psyche. What helped me undo it was this is sort of before I got into the game industry, but I started my career out of college trying to be a rock star. And so they're intimidated by you. Like rather than me being in a situation being everybody's going to judge me, they sort of put you on this pedestal,. which I think is unwarranted in most people's cases."
