I'm going to, I'm going to just keep highlighting the silent science every time you bring up these points. Sleep is absolutely, magically scientific for the brain and what it does. A lot of times we're doing these things. We rock. We sing lullabies. We speak in a very specific voice to different age groups. That's the way I give them something, something they need so innately.
