A lot of people are confused. Do I have to turn the shower all the way on cold and jump in? Sure. You can do that. That is not what I do. And you're going to consistently press to make it as cold and uncomfortable as possible. If you don't, if you listen to the last podcast with Nicole, dude, when you don't do things with intent, you become stale. What's hard for you on day 60 is not the same thing. So you have to continue to push to be uncomfortable.
