The History of Masaika

Masaika started out as a mexican brand and it was in the 70s just as these sort of like second wave diaspora tortillaires were just getting cranking masaika was like all right let's do some business together. The flavor canon that exists with tortillas across different regions in mexico for example i think was sort of lost in that process as we move to convenience what's interesting is that while the second wave didn't start in contradiction to masaika it sort of happened around the same time there's sort of like an overlap.
