A bad haircut by a trainee barber has different implications than a bad assessment, particularly with marginalized communities. So you bring up a difficult reality of supervision. It starts with the supervisor having done their own work. And so our forthrightness about not knowing everything, right, but being responsible to know some things and honestly desiring to know more as we demonstrate that in supervision is important.
