Hiring practices is an area that we're all still learning it. Even experienced managers i know are i don't think anybody i've met really has it figured out. I can't wait to try some of these techniques for surfacing strength in people and discovering technical capability, instead of trying to like, poke holes in their technical weaknesses. So maybe we can make our interviews a little less awful.
