This month marks 10 years since Savita Halapanovar died at Galway University Hospital. At 17 weeks pregnant she presented to the hospital complaining of back pain, only to be told that she was miscarrying a much wanted baby. One week later she was dead. Originally from India her tragic death has made headlines right throughout the world. It's reopened the debate on what is already a highly emotive and controversial issue.
