The Interaction of Genes and the Environment
The interface of genes and the environment, it's the way that particular alleles in your genome interact with the diet choices you make or the lifestyle choices you make. What happens is you might inherit an allele and you might have a very strong family history for cancer or for alcoholism. It doesn't mean you're going to be an alcoholic oryou're going to get cancer because there isn't a gene for this. Some people have sort of an inherited predisposition that makes them more likely or more prone than others.
