KPIs for Performance Management

A couple months before some of these like sort of belt tightening and budgeting discussions started there wasn't really a formal process for performance management. I think these questions weren't really being discussed so much it's basically just like okay we have needs let's stand up some teams to start filling these needs or working on stuff the protocol needs to grow. A lot of people in the Dow are of the opinion that we've overhired a bit, which is why they're now asking all these tough questions about how do we make sure that people are delivering value for money?
