When we get angry or frustrated, our teeth tend to clench. That's actually a survival mechanism. How quickly they're blinking because when we have anxiety, guess what? One of the things that happens is our eyes start to feel a little drier and we might end up blinking just a little bit more. You can also look for more specific things, everything from swallow rate. If you're really, really paying attention, how often are they swallowing? How tight is the jawline? So I'm going to know to try carefully and send, communicate with my body, belonging signals," he says.
