What Are the Components of a Perfect Day?

A perfect day physically is going to have high quality food, high quality extended rest. A good day involves some foreign language study and vocabulary acquisition. The spiritual side of dwelling on something that is beautiful can also be found in music or singing. And so if you made a checklist of those 10, 15, 20 things and on any given day you had five, 10, 15 of them done, you get together a long string of good days.
