Rob Ford lost it in the face of United opposition from council, including many counselors that he'd normally count among his friends and allies. Doug called out another counselor, Paul Ainsley, who had recently been stopped by the police and given a warning for impaired driving. And Rob all of a sudden started to run towards Doug and literally took out Pamukong. The process of this council, if there's a code of conduct, should be going through the right process.
