The Importance of Impartiality in an Investigation
The key point on a successful investigation is what's called the principles of natural justice and procedure fairness. An investigator needs to be, not only be unbiased, but be seen to be unbiassed and impartial. On those high end high risks, it's imperative that an investigator approach it from that perspective of impartiality - looking for the truth.
