The Mining Operations in the States
Aluminum smelting is the original bit coin mining. It's a high energy intensive process, a that converts that energy essentially into aluminum that can be transferred around the world. A lot of these mining operations pop up in places where those heavy industries have been hollowed out. And so miners are finid that arbitrge where they can come in and take that cheap electricity.
