Teachers are not the most important person in a lesson or coach session. It's easy to lose that point of view if you don't constantly reflect on it. To start have those conversations, you will face inevitable conflict and back lashit. We've just ane like a taster for our sick form class. And we said, how much better is it to have 12 teachers in a room rather than one? But as a group, there's 12 people pulling each other's knowledge along,. Rather than us to the front. I imparting knowledge, filling up the cup all the time. i think, colonel, you know, we've taught lots of that, yo know, too
