Is There Any Reason for Women to Be Scared of Resistance Training?

Five ten years ago there was perhaps a little bit of stigma around women lifting heavy weights. Women don't have as much testosterone that's going to induce that bulkiness estrogen is actually our testosterone and progesterone counters estrogen so if we're really trying to build lean mass we have a short window to do it but you were not going to get bulky. As soon as you add any kind of cardiovascular work that true high intensity work it dampens that bulk effect.
