The Court Orders Tanya Marie Fernandez Not to Access Social Media Accounts
Tanya Marie Fernandez, who is appearing with me via Teams, we wave a form. We ask the court to enter, not guilty, please, to all the charges. Council for the state to any objection to that request? Objector, Your Honor, in reviewing the case, I would ask that she not access social media. All right. The court does find that you are available as matter of right. We'll be released on your own recognizance, which is on your promise to appear for future hearings. Remember, if you fail to appear for any future hearings without a good reason, the court could issue a warrant for your arrest and a bond will be set at that point
