Is Shejumping the Personification of the State?

Shijimping serves as the personification of the government in state media. The impulse to create this personality through propaganda and other means is something that came from initial insecurity, but it has taken on tremendous stature. And i would guess that it's going to be difficult for shijimping to burnish himself as this folke who eats buns and bunsaging restaurants yet cares about common people.
