What's the Difference Between a Filmmaker and an Editor?
I remember when i was starting out, there were a lot of cinemetographers in the u k. They didn't actually think like that, because they would work with an operator,. and the director would work with the operator. But that its very different now. I also think that you need to be aware of what you're shooting, because sometimes you're shooting something and the pace is a little slow but it is what the actors are doing. In my head i always think, well, maybe if we have a cut away, that's going to help them develop that kind of pace. So thinking about things like that, what options you can give to the editor without giving them every option
