The halifax is changing its lending criteria so it will now lend up to 95 % on new build houses. Lenders have had a very good first six months of the year, and people wanted to borrow from them. Now interest rates are moving up, people may be more hesitant to push forward with borrowing from themf their home or by to let. The whole p r s market has changed in a dramatic way, yet it's not had any news coverage or very little. And actually some of the detail, when we got into it, even caught me by surprise. And didn't know how much our world as investors and landlords is changing.
