The Power of Breathing

Breathing is such a source of internal power that transcends every aspect of everybody's life. Every action you're going to do is initiated by the breath and I know that you teach from the first time someone comes in to learn jujitsu just taking a step forward and using the breath as a step. You can clear your mind from negative thoughts, from anxiety, from planning, from any kind of disturbance you have. So really, you can really act in your mindset, in your heart, in a very special way to bring you to the level of peace and enlightenment  and calmness.
