Charlotte Kan's Portrait of a Nazi Auntie

Charlotte is a fictional autobiography created between the years of sort of 1940 and 42. It begins in 1914 when you see her aunt walk into the lake and commit suicide. She's by now living in Nice on the run from the Nazis and her grandmother has just committed to a side. Basically she sees it as a way to hold on to life to recall her life and literally through art save her own life.
