The Costs of a Post-Putin Russia

I was certainly thinking about it when Putin was getting close to the Kremlin. I think that the Ukrainian leader will be reelected as a national unity figure. But Putin cares about this election in Russia in 2024, because if he wins, he stands in office longer than Stalin. And so he's talking about legacy and where he goes from here.
