Are You Safe From Disruption?

I like this idea of organizations having a longer term view of what our workforce will look like three, four years, five years from now and actually being thoughtful about how do you get there. But we also have this problem with short-term incentives and short-term tracking where everybody's so worried about hitting the next quarter or the, you know, having a good fiscal year. And I'm going to have a lot more human and machine collaboration, traditional jobs are going to go away or get disrupted, new jobs will emerge.
