Do I Need to Intubate All Women for Elective Outpatient Abortion?
The literature and the classic teachings suggests that about that 18 to 20 week mark or when the uterus is clearly gravid that the potential for aspiration we should become more concerned about it. It may be safe to do sedation anesthesia but not intubate again that graze on of morbidial beast patients or patients with a gestational age over 20.
