Are You Really Being Honest?

In a psychologically safe team, do we not have the queen b the court jester, the gossip os currency? Does that stuff does not exist? I think less. For me, one of the measures that i used as a leader personally, is that any member of the team is willing to challenge me er about almost anything in public. One person is encouraged to test you often, and we'll see if it's safe. And once you get over that phase, i think then you get to a point of really er asking for experts. But it's much more based on what do you bring as a contributor. We can then invite in, or encourage that difference. Am to be to
