Having control of your environment is incredibly important for people with ADHD. Minimalism, having a space that has a place for everything and where there is actually a minimal amount of change is also key. Spending the majority of your time doing something that you actually are interested in frees up all this other stuff. Paying attention to how much I'm moving and getting into my body really, really is important.
