Just because something is causing discomfort does not mean that you need to stop, or that whatever you're doing is innately bad. It just means that you're loading a little bit faster than your body might like. But under certain situations, thats maybe desirable. And i how i look at pain, i's like a green, yellow, red light system. I look at the ipain intensity. So zero to ten, zero being no pain, ten being emergency room pane, like you're mauled by a bare emergency room paine.
