The Supreme Court could have chosen to revisit the qualified immunity doctor in next term, but instead denied review to each of the 13 pending petitions for Sergio R.I. The case Westview Winfield is about a woman who returned home with her kids to find five police officers outside. She says she doesn't think he's there, but she gives them permission to go in and she gives them her key. But instead of utilizing the key, they call in SWAT and they bombard her house with tear gas from the outside. After many hours after the house and everything inside has been severely damaged by fucking tear gas, the police determine the house is empty.
