Is the State Taking Its Ideals Too Seriously?

White administrators often hide behind ideals of human equality and diversity. But in actuality, they are running counter intuitive to the very ideals that these institutional heads profess to enact on a daily basis. The state responds by saying, well, these folks are being courageous on the day to day basis. That completely erases from my perspective, the reality, the empirical reality, that folks are getting killed behind your appeals to secuurity and safety. If you're hired as a black professor, or if you are a protestor in the streets, you can only say so much before you come off asbeing a perpetrator of problematic violences.
