How Does a Multiple Round Auction Work?
The deal was an auction, but we didn't have a lot of competition because it was relatively subscale. We filled the larger private equity firms were not focused on XP. Because we had spent a year plus understanding the market, we were able to essentially pay the clearing price in a competitive process with several other bidders. And so that's what we essentially did after second round.
