The Power of Micro Communities in Transitional Housing

I think it's a matter of doing both. I'd happy to talk more about the long-term housing, but there my vision is to build 25,000 units across the metro area that would be permanently affordable. And most importantly, they stay permanently affordable, so you don't have any fear that the landlord's going to jack up your rent at the end of the next month and you'll be pushed back out on the street again. So we got to solve both parts of the problem at the same time. We got to get people access to dignified and stable transitional housing while we significantly expand our supply of longer term housing.
