Oftentimes people, over the years, as i've travelled around the world for 27 years, even the word mind training brings up a lot of fear for a lot of people. A course at miracles is aching us that an untrained mind can accomplish nothing. This mind training and this discipline is very much a part of the curriculum of learning and experiencing forgiveness.
