I think it's priorities. You know, ultimately if you want to run your business in a God honoring way, then you need to put other people first. And so I look at here's the 50,000 things I've got to do today, which ones drive the company forward,. Which ones make the company money, which ones improve the culture and those need to be the focus. All the other things I can outsource. I'll hire someone to do the things that don't made the company money and don't improve the culture.
