What's the Current Messaging by the Fed to the Big Banks?

The banks are in better financial conditions than they were. We think about some of the riskiest lending has been pushed out of the regulated banking system to the lesser regulated non-bank entities. The other thing we would be remiss in not talking about is with this increase in rates, obviously that has to have an impact on cap rates at some point. That obviously has implications for property.
