Is This a Proof of Concept Study?

This is a proof of concept study, the type of thing where most people probably wouldn't do themselves. The idea of constant tension training may lead to more growth than just kind of standard, full range emotion training. We have yet to see and an fully confirm that, but you know, that's sort of the next steps to take after a study like this. And also, i'll note that this is also the type of study that could potentially be useful for clinical populations.
