How to Respond to a Call to Be a Pastor

When people use the word calling, what they're really describing is a desire that they have and attributing something almost supernatural to that desire. So aspiration is a kind of desire about becoming a certain kind of person. It's more deeply rooted than just simply wanting ice cream as a stegift.
