The Difference Between Natural and Positive Right

The relationship between parents and children is natural in the strict sense. Positive right, on the other hand, is a function of some kind of agreement between people. The main example that Aquinas gives here is private property. That individual person's own things is not naturally right but follows from reason about the natural.
