The Supreme Court's Decision in a Few More Cases
Justices roberts and cavanagh joined the court's liberals in the majority there. In another case, they allowed louisiana to use a republican drawn congressional map for this november's midterm elections that lower courts say likely violates the voting rights act by deluding the power of black voters. The other case will determine if the a p a has authority to regulate carbon emissions from power plants. If it rules against the e p a, that means the federal government could be limited when it tries to regulate industries like car makers.
