The Role of Socio-Cultural Constraints in Coaching
The socio-cultural contexts of those two locations are quite drastically different. Coaching courses thus need to appreciate those differences that coaches have to navigate and work within. These more abstract socio-cultural constraints are incredibly important to consider in terms of Australian specific things. I think generally Australians enjoy an underdog mentality. That's a fair socio-cultural constraint that most Australians seem to enjoy, this notion of being able to compete against bigger world leaders.
