The Pandemic - Is There a Leader?

Leaders are trying to work through the issues while simultaneously having people in their churches, their ministries, or whatever, polarized on various places of the issues. And so one they themselves don't know all where they stand on some things, and yet they're responsible to lead of these people. People who are not self defined internalize the problems, and it causes them, in essence, to actually struggle even more than most people,. They have to handle all the opinions. So that cross fire and that isolation and that challenge is been accentuated and pushed on a leader's understanding of their own identity.
