What Food Have You Never Tried?

There are so many foods I would love to try in situ because we're living on an island that imports everything from everywhere. My guilty pleasure is American pancakes drenched in maple syrup, which I used to love with my dad when we had there was a big pancake place in Dundee. Well, for any others, I can have more Chinese dumplings. Like a Manhattan skyline of towers and baskets of gorgeous dumplings and loads of them.
