Dairy is clearly beneficial from a health you know health perspective if it is well tolerated. In all of the studies that I mentioned they didn't segment people according to their tolerance of lactose or dairy proteins so we can almost guarantee there were people in those studies that were lactose intolerant and yet still experienced some of those cardiometabolic benefits. Even without segmenting people those studies still showed benefit. We're going to put some links to articles I've written on this topic with more information and scientific references.
