Do I Have to Be Leading People to Be a Leader?
I love the way you use that word sustained in that, because I think oftentimes that's a mark. It's how we know we're being successful in that one. That success is sustained over time, right? Do I have to be leading people to be a leader? In other words, do I have to have people under me or managing or whatever those terms are? Absolutely not. So no, I think that everyone has the opportunity to leave no matter what their position.
