Roxanne Jones: We have had this call for so long over the last year that when rates finally do come in, when they do peak, it's going to be for all the wrong reasons. And if we do have a recession that comes quicker, we started this year with that whole soft landing, really mild recession, then no landing. So where do you want to be in the stock market right now if that's the case? Because it's probably too early for the financials and the tech sector seems, at least on the mega caps, really crowded.
