Are We Getting a Vaccine in Time?

I think there are some really difficult moral and ethical questions embedded in in every aspect of what we do to mitigate a pandemic. I would like, even in our state, to have some conversations, but the school conversation is so stuck right now. And i just feel like from a leadership perspective, we're talking always in tactics about covid and not enough about strategy at this stage of the pandemic. What's the strategy? What numbers do we care about? Maybe we don't care about transmission any more. Maybe we care about is hospitalization? What? What is the strategy? And things like the four rapid tests,. But like that, to me, is just a bad tactic
