Noster is combining open source protocols and just injecting Bitcoin into them. The tokens attached to them have a floating value dependent on who's flowing, trying to trade that token at a given point in time. And kind of the core idea was there was instead of having the database be the blockchain, you create these things called relays that people can choose from.
