Sometimes we think we're doing shadow work when really we're just self-flagellating. Sometimes we resist good stuff because our ego doesn't like to see it for fill in the blank reason. But if you can go, yeah, no, I've been wrong a lot. In fact, maybe everything, right? Maybe everything's been wrong. And you're willing to see that and not have it crush you.
