Life and life only is a search for inner and outer truth. It's using psychology to tie the two strands together. Inner part is about developing your armor almost, you know, your self development. And then the outer part is how you then look at information. I'm generally a pretty calm person, but er the way that people consume main stream media and continuously react. In the last four years, all you really see is people reacting to trump. But there's always, there's always a kind of, er, the men behind the curtain, so to speak.
